I’ve recently reviewed the latest CD Look East (review on JGL coming soon) from a fine Jazz Guitarist by the name of Gary Tu. He currently lives and works in Chicago and I’ve really enjoyed checking him out these past few weeks. I noticed the other day that he has a nice bunch of videos on his site that feature his trio at, what sounds like a well packed resto-bar. He plays everything from Pat Metheny to Sonny Rollins to Ornette Coleman plus an original or two. Drop by his site and check them out. I’m sure you’ll enjoy his playing a bunch.
